Trip Overview

Day 1
Your vacation starts at one of the worlds greatest natural wonders – Victoria Falls.
On arrival at the airport you will be met by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the iconic Victoria Falls Hotel.
Check in to the grand Victoria Falls Hotel , set right on the edge of the falls for 2 nights.
In the local language, the Falls is known as Mosi-Oa-Tunya, translating as ‘the smoke that thunders’. Few natural wonders can match the spectacle as the mighty Zambezi river takes a sharp plunge into the abyss some 400 meters below. So abundant is the display of nature’s raw power at Victoria Falls, that it prompted David Livingstone to exclaim in 1855, “scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight”. Not surprisingly, the largest curtain of falling water on earth is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Falls can also be accessed via private path from the hotel.

Day 2
After breakfast, you will be transferred to play 18 holes of golf at Elephant Hills Golf Club (Includes Green Fee, Shared Cart and Halfway House).
Late afternoon, you will be transferred for a scenic sunset cruise on the Zambezi river, aboard the luxurious “Malachite” vessel. Amuse bouche and snack platters are served while the sun sinks below the shimmering surface of the Zambezi. It’s a great photo opportunity from the upper deck and the possibility of spotting wild game like crocodiles, hippos and elephants, apart from the many different bird species, are plenty. After the sun has sunk below the river line, a seven course dinner made from locally sourced, fresh ingredients is served on the lower deck of the vessel, exemplifying the hallmarks of exquisite cuisine prepared on board by the two chefs. Time seems to stand still as the boat gently glides along to the sound of water lapping up against her sides. Far removed from the glare of city lights and noise, the moon and stars shine brightly in the sky and an atmosphere of mystery and romance envelopes the evening’s experience.
