Day 10
Today, the Bonanza Golf Course welcomes you to another round of golfing excellence. Nestled within Zambia’s captivating landscape, this course offers a unique blend of challenges and scenic beauty. Late afternoon, you will be transferred for a scenic sunset cruise on the Zambezi river, aboard the luxurious “Malachite” vessel. Amuse bouche and snack platters are served while the sun sinks below the shimmering surface of the Zambezi. It’s a great photo opportunity from the upper deck and the possibility of spotting wild game like crocodiles, hippos and elephants, apart from the many different bird species, are plenty. After the sun has sunk below the river line, a seven course dinner made from locally sourced, fresh ingredients is served on the lower deck of the vessel, exemplifying the hallmarks of exquisite cuisine prepared on board by the two chefs. Time seems to stand still as the boat gently glides along to the sound of water lapping up against her sides.
